This website, agentfy.co.uk (the "Site"), is operated by Chris, trading as Agentfy ("Agentfy", "we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the "data controller" of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. This happens when you submit the contact form on this Site to book a demo or ask a question. The form may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (optional)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Any information you include in your message
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this Site, and we do not knowingly collect personal data automatically beyond the standard technical information (such as IP address) that is inherently processed by our hosting and font providers as part of normal web traffic. See Section 6.
3. Why we collect it and our legal basis
We collect this data to respond to your enquiry, discuss your interest in our services, and, if you become a client, to deliver those services under a separate agreement. Our legal basis for processing this data is:
- Consent: you actively choose to submit your details to us via the contact form.
- Legitimate interests: we have a legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries about our services, provided this doesn't override your rights and interests.
4. How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or demo request
- Follow up with relevant information about Agentfy's services
- Keep a record of our communications with you
We do not sell, rent, or use your data for advertising purposes, and we will not add you to marketing communications without your separate, explicit consent.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to run this Site and process enquiries. They only process your data on our instructions, to the extent needed to provide their service:
- Formspree, Inc.: processes and delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Formspree is based in the United States. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: this Site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may process your IP address as part of delivering the font files. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider: processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request logs) required to serve this Site.
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
6. International data transfers
Some of the providers listed above are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data continues to be protected to UK standards.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case data is retained in line with the terms of our service agreement and applicable legal requirements.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we process your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is our legal basis
- Complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

9. Cookies
This Site does not set any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. The only things stored on your device by default are a record of your cookie choice and, for administrators only, a login token. Both are strictly necessary.
Our chat assistant is optional: it only loads if you accept it, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Full detail of what is stored, by whom, and for how long is set out in our Cookie Policy.
10. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
